Shipping and Returns
What is the free shipping, shipping rates and surcharges?
We try our best to deliver items to our customers quickly without any additional fees. However, your items might be charge with a certain amount of Bulky Fees or Handling Fees. Customers will be responsible for this fee based on their product quantity, weight or dimensions. This fee (if any) will be clearly informed during your checkout.
*Bulky Fees – Shipping fees may be charged for heavy or bulky items
Handling Fees – Small number of products will incur a handling fees that does not abide by the above conditions. This handling fees is calculated based on the dimensions and/or weight.
- Please choose the brand and product that you would like to order and click Add to cart.
- When you have finished with your shopping, please click on the Cart button on the top and click on Checkout.
- Enter your billing address and our system will calculate your order shipping fees.
- Please note that final shipping fee is only confirmed at checkout as it is calculated based on the order delivery address.
Shipping Exempted Countries
Except explicitly expressed otherwise, delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. Telebase Corporation Sdn Bhd will not dispatch orders to Post Office box addresses.
Delivery charge is based on the total weight of your order or volumetric (whichever is greater). Thus, to save cost, we encourage our customers to accumulate the products you would like to purchase in one order each time you shop with us.
All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by Telebase Corporation Sdn Bhd. However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same. Telebase Corporation Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorised persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
If for any reason Telebase Corporation Sdn Bhd is unable to dispatch goods within 14 days from date of order, Telebase Corporation Sdn Bhd will contact the customer and advise the expected dispatch date. Should this be unsuitable to the customer, Telebase Corporation Sdn Bhd will offer either a full refund of the monies paid or suggest an alternative product.
Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of Telebase Corporation Sdn Bhd and there will be no refunds.
Return And Refund
All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. In the event of damaged, missing or incorrect goods received, these matters must be reported to Telebase Corporation Sdn Bhd within 48 hours of receipt. This can be done via email to email@example.com and your email will normally be replied within 3 working days from the receipt of your email.
In the event that incorrect goods are delivered, Telebase Corporation Sdn Bhd shall have no responsibility to replace the same in the event that the goods are removed from their packaging. Further, usage of any goods in any way, as determined at the discretion and the sole opinion of an appropriate Telebase Corporation Sdn Bhd employee shall void any claims that incorrect goods have been delivered. Any delivery charges paid earlier are not refundable.
The customer is responsible for any freight and insurance charges involved in returning the goods back to Telebase Corporation Sdn Bhd. Please pack the return goods properly to ensure that the goods do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post. Telebase Corporation Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for any loss or damaged goods returned for exchange.
