hite Coffee in Malaysia is a popular coffee drink which originated in Ipoh, Perak.  For generations, Ipohites are always known to purvey a finer delicate taste for their food and beverages. White Coffee doesn’t mean the colour of the coffee is white but rather refer to the way of the coffee beans been roasted. The coffee beans are baked at direct low-temperature which takes longer time than the high-temperature charcoal baking, and grind into coffee powder.

Malaysia White Coffee was developed in traditional Chinese Ipoh coffee shops.  These coffee shop owners were passionate about coffee and developed a special blend of  aromatic coffee called “White Coffee” using the grind coffee powder to be well blended with non-diary creamer and sugar.  This kind of coffee brew produce a heavenly intense in aroma and rich in coffee taste. The newly developed white coffee have been served along with the kaya toasts (one of the oldest Malaysian coffee shops delights).

Due to the huge demand for the white coffee from other coffee shops and restaurants, “Malaysia White Coffee” has become extremely popular among many local coffee enthusiasts and has become an icon widely emulated by others in the same industry till today.  Malaysia White Coffee have also become an endorsed beverages for oversea market.
